About the role

Haystack News is a fast‑growing TV news platform that reaches millions of viewers on connected TVs. As an Ad Partnerships Manager you will own the relationship with U.S. advertising partners, oversee programmatic ad operations and drive revenue growth through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with U.S. advertising partners.
• Manage day‑to‑day programmatic advertising operations, including traffic and integration troubleshooting.
• Produce and maintain performance dashboards, reporting, and analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Forecast revenue opportunities and monitor pricing and performance.
• Conduct regular cadence calls with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs for emerging ad products.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in advertising sales or partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data for decision‑making.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Google Sheets.
• SQL for data analysis (preferred).
• Familiarity with paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads (preferred).
