Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, highly organized and comfortable engaging prospects across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts and potential customers.
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, business requirements and fit.
• Run discovery conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos and sales calls for qualified prospects.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Update prospect information and activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing and other internal teams.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a steady outreach routine.
