Contracts Administrator

About the role

The Contracts Administrator will support the Coroccohuayco mining expansion project by managing subcontract formation and administration. This role ensures that all subcontract agreements meet project requirements and that performance is continuously monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and align it with project subcontract management responsibilities.
• Prepare and review bid request packages and develop project contract operating procedures.
• Administer assigned subcontracts, overseeing performance, progress, and compliance.
• Identify and advise management of potential financial, commercial, or technical risks.
• Interface with project stakeholders to address operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, and compliance to ensure effective subcontract execution.
• Lead the administration of moderately complex contract changes, including evaluation, negotiation, and timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience in subcontract administration within construction, mining, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication with internal and external parties.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lima and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
