CPG Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, full‑time Supply Chain Manager to own demand planning, vendor management, and wholesale replenishment for a portfolio of consumer‑goods brands. This remote position, based in LATAM, works at the centre of our supply‑chain operations, collaborating with warehouse, finance and brand teams to keep inventory accurate and orders on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Pull sales orders across all channels (DTC, wholesale, marketplace) and ensure inventory is promptly decremented as orders ship.
• Maintain a real‑time view of available inventory, reconciling weekly cycle‑count data and investigating discrepancies.
• Analyze sales velocity by SKU, forecast demand, and determine reorder timing and quantities to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Incorporate seasonality and channel performance data from ecommerce, Amazon, retail marketplaces and social commerce into forecasting.
• Create, track and reconcile purchase orders, flagging issues before they affect operations.
• Track supplier lead times, follow up on delayed shipments and coordinate with overseas production on reorder needs.
• Own the shipment calendar and deadline tracking for inventory sent to third‑party fulfillment centres.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for a dedicated, single‑client role.
• Remote work from a LATAM location.
• Ability to work closely with warehouse, finance and brand teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
