About the role

Join CIAL Dun & Bradstreet as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, supporting due‑diligence processes for national and international companies across Peru, Mexico, the USA, and Spain. You will advise internal teams on regulatory compliance, generate improvement recommendations, and assess compliance risks for client parties.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate documentation that evidences compliance with local regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyze statutes, case law, and legal risk factors to guide decision‑making and mitigate liabilities.
• Develop AML/CFT risk‑identification and mitigation strategies.
• Examine contracts, agreements, and reports for regulatory adherence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of national and international compliance regulations.
• Coordinate findings with client compliance professionals and promote a compliance culture.
• Verify vendor documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Internship experience with a law firm or Big 4 (preferred).
• Experience in compliance, due‑diligence, or AML/CFT roles within B2B environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
