About the role

Pixelstudio S.A.C. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone while collaborating with internal teams to resolve data‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

Provide timely customer support through email, chat, and phone.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments and third‑party vendors to address technical problems.
Maintain accurate records in ticketing and CRM systems.

Required profile

Native or near‑native proficiency in English.
At least one year of experience in a support or customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Experience using ticketing systems.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
