DevOps Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives for multicultural, globally distributed teams. This remote position offers the chance to work with top‑tier talent on high‑impact projects for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high service availability, performance, security, and maintainability of cloud infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce repetitive processes.
• Monitor and enhance infrastructure security.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, and cloud resources.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and policies.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud providers as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes as an SRE or similar role.
• 4+ years as an infrastructure engineer.
• Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with multiple cloud providers.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Desirable: experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Bitbucket pipelines.
