District Manager

About the role

The District Manager will lead retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring trading excellence, consistent consumer experience, and alignment with global retail standards. This role partners with the Retail Director LAM, regional teams, and the Global Retail CoE to drive performance and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of a trading and service culture within the Retail Back Office (RBO) and influence country retail teams to meet business plan goals.
• Motivate and inspire market field and RBO teams to exceed commercial targets and KPI’s while building brand equity.
• Implement and ensure compliance with Global Retail CoE processes and standards for field and RBO operations.
• Generate and execute local retail processes in cooperation with the Global Retail CoE to maintain global consistency.
• Lead stores to world‑class performance by focusing on People, Product, Premises, Processes, and Profit.
• Coach and develop Store Operations and District Managers to build a high‑quality multi‑store management talent pool.
• Collaborate with the Retail Director LAM and other regional leaders to maximize profitability of the store portfolio.
• Analyze retail KPI’s and market trends to recommend commercial opportunities and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Maintain adherence to global standards for retail marketing, visual merchandising, and store activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in retail operations management, preferably overseeing multiple stores.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of retail KPIs, trading excellence, and consumer experience.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with regional finance, tech, and global retail teams.
• Proven track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency.
