About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences for young children. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the holistic development of each child.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age‑appropriate learning activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
• Foster curiosity, creativity, independence, and confidence through play‑based and inquiry‑based learning.
• Observe, assess, and monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests.
• Promote positive behavior and model respectful interactions in line with school values and policies.
• Support early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills development.
• Maintain effective communication and strong partnerships with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and support staff to improve student outcomes and ensure consistent educational practices.
• Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Ensure compliance with child protection, health, and safety policies at all times.
• Prepare and maintain an engaging learning environment, including classroom displays and educational resources.
• Identify and refer any academic, emotional, or developmental concerns as needed.
• Contribute positively to the broader school community and uphold the institution’s mission, vision, and values.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification and experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and effective teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and creativity when working with young children.
