Finance Manager – Accounting & Controlling

About the role

Endress+Hauser is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial and cost accounting for its Lima office. The role ensures compliance with local regulations and corporate standards, supports liquidity planning, and contributes to the local management team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to local policies (signature, travel, expenses) and IFRS accounting standards.
• Meet reporting deadlines for month‑end, half‑year, and full‑year closes.
• Maintain C‑master data for the Peru legal entity.
• Develop financial liquidity plans, identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in accounting processes in coordination with the head office.
• Lead and develop the local controlling team, including administrators and interns.
• Oversee tax compliance (direct and indirect) and liaise with external auditors, authorities, and banks.
• Manage local expenses, credit‑card and cash handling.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities with a local accounting firm and regional controller.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; additional finance certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance department, preferably in an international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork, self‑management, and structured work approach.
