Financial Analyst – Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. The successful candidate will interpret financial information, identify trends, and deliver insights that enable informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, business performance, and operational metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key financial indicators.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and planned results.
• Collect, organize, and validate financial information from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for financial improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other teams to gather and validate data.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, finance, or business analysis.
• Proven ability to prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and models.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, BI tools, or financial databases.
• Ability to perform variance analysis and interpret complex financial information.
