About the role

As a Manager On Duty at Hilton, you will lead daily hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and hospitality that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall property functions, including front desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service, and policy compliance.
• Provide an upbeat, friendly attitude in all guest interactions, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support other departments as needed, such as bell service or front‑desk coverage during peak periods.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to assess safety, security, and service quality, taking corrective action when required.
• Deliver updates and training to keep the team informed about hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., SALT, Revinate), identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
