About the role
We are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join our Lima office, providing technical sales support to partners and customers in the process automation sector. You will create accurate quotations, manage customer accounts and act as the link between partners, operations and the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical quotations on time, including clear commercial and export conditions.
- Follow up business opportunities, align and advise partners, and coordinate with operations and sales teams.
- Maintain tasks and communication in the relevant system, ensuring stakeholder visibility.
- Create new customer accounts and update conditions as needed.
- Hand over technical and commercial orders to the operations department.
- Support partners in business planning, negotiations and customer care analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of experience in operations support, inside sales or a similar industrial environment; fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑disciplined and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem‑solving and analytical abilities with a service‑oriented mindset.
