Key Account Manager – Large Appliances (Peru)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the development of major appliance (refrigerator, washing machine, air‑conditioner) sales across Peru. You will work closely with the Go‑to‑Market team to expand channel coverage, improve product visibility and achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Key Account (KA) and Institutional Retail (IR) channels for large appliances.
• Design and implement pricing strategies based on competition, sales targets and product availability.
• Collaborate with GTM to increase channel reach, enhance product exposure and meet sales objectives.
• Maintain and improve performance of existing channels, including wholesale and e‑commerce.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of frontline sales experience in major appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, air‑conditioner) within the Peruvian market.
• Strong relationships with KA channels and proven track record of channel development.
• Deep knowledge of appliance products, competitors and market trends in Peru.
• Alignment with Xiaomi’s brand values and willingness to grow with the company.
