Key Account Manager – Large Appliances (Peru)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the development of key accounts and IR channels for large home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines and air‑conditioners in Peru. The role will shape pricing strategies, expand channel coverage and drive sales performance in line with Xiaomi’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Key Accounts (KA) and IR channels for major appliances in the Peruvian market.
• Design effective pricing strategies based on competition, sales targets and product availability.
• Collaborate with the Go‑to‑Market team to increase channel coverage, improve product visibility and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and improve performance across existing channels, including wholesale, e‑commerce and other distribution partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of frontline sales experience in major appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, air‑conditioner) within the Peru market.
• Strong relationships with key account channels and a proven track record of developing KA and IR channels.
• Deep product knowledge of large appliances, competitors and market trends in Peru.
• Alignment with Xiaomi’s brand values and a willingness to grow together with the company.
