About the role
Join Mondeléz International as a Key Account Manager for the Traditional Trade channel and lead a team of field sales representatives. You will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, achieving KPIs, and driving growth for our snack brands.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales representatives/managers.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow winning customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑industry execution.
- Collaborate with account, category, activation, sales capability and finance teams to optimise regional performance.
- Coach the team on category tools, insights and data‑driven selling.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or sales within the traditional trade channel.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics and routes‑to‑market for consumer goods.
- Proven ability to meet ambitious sales targets in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
