Lead DevOps Engineer – AI‑Enabled Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the evolution of our data and AI platform into a highly automated, AI‑enabled delivery ecosystem. You will shape modern DevOps practices, integrate AI tools, and ensure reliable, scalable deployments across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a DevOps and platform engineering strategy aligned with data and AI goals.
• Design AI‑assisted CI/CD pipelines, integrating code‑generation, test‑generation, and pipeline‑optimization tools.
• Build scalable automation frameworks using scripting, infrastructure‑as‑code, and AI agents.
• Integrate and optimize Databricks, Airflow, Azure services, and Power BI within deployment workflows.
• Support AI/ML model deployment, feature pipelines, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management.
• Implement governance, policy‑as‑code, and automated compliance checks to ensure security and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives in data‑intensive environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with AI‑assisted development and automation tools.
• Strong collaboration skills with data engineers, platform teams, and product owners.
