Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to create engaging, data‑driven learning experiences for our Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will blend instructional design expertise with technology to transform complex recruitment processes into effective micro‑learnings, courses, simulations and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations and quizzes tailored to recruiters’ needs.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content.
• Develop role‑based learning paths that support skill progression across seniority levels.
• Track and evaluate training impact using completion rates, satisfaction scores and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of all learning materials.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or technology‑adjacent environments.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms such as EdApp or similar.
• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data analysis for training effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
