About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead regional development strategies and drive business growth across the Americas. The role involves shaping market presence, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing brand visibility in the in‑vitro diagnostics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement regional development strategies and detailed business plans for the Americas, aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Manage existing client relationships while continuously exploring new market opportunities to expand market share.
• Participate in exhibitions and marketing events to elevate corporate brand awareness and regional influence.
• Design and execute offline marketing campaigns and create online promotional materials to boost brand recognition and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies and establish effective communication mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Medicine, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related industries, preferably with in‑vitro diagnostics knowledge.
• Strong capabilities in market research, analysis, strategic planning, and project management.
• Excellent English communication skills and cross‑cultural competence.
• Customer‑service orientation, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to motivate team members.
