Operations and Strategy Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Operations and Strategy Lead to act as the Portfolio Lead for our Premium and Low‑Cost product lines across Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. You will define and execute distinct strategies for each segment while ensuring they work together seamlessly to drive growth and improve the way people move in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to set and communicate strategic direction for both product segments.
• Own business performance by managing operational and financial data, conducting analysis, and making critical decisions.
• Identify and solve cross‑functional problems using logical, data‑driven approaches, and lead teams toward root‑cause solutions.
• Optimize core processes and analyses, implement improvements across the three countries, and regularly review performance.
• Translate team insights into product enhancements, collaborating closely with product partners to boost marketplace efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local stakeholders in operations, marketing, support, policy, and legal to secure resources and champion the team’s voice.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead data‑driven decision making and balance short‑ and long‑term trade‑offs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience presenting business reviews, board decks, and strategic documents.
