Physical Stores Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the relationship with our physical‑store retailers across all ELC brands. You will act as the primary point of contact for retailer buying teams, driving sales, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless execution of brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer buyers and key decision‑makers.
• Plan and execute sell‑in activities, negotiate yearly targets, and monitor monthly net‑sales performance.
• Coordinate branded co‑op advertising plans and manage stock rotation to meet benchmarks.
• Collaborate with brand marketing and sales managers to align retailer plans with overall brand strategy.
• Handle issue resolution with retailer buying departments and explore new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly sales estimates, return targets, and action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in retail or a related industry.
• Proven ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a structured approach to execution.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Solid knowledge of SAP systems.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
