Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing initiatives. The role is fully remote and focuses on executing staffing strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and continuously improving recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed information about job profiles and assignments.
• Partner with the recruiting department to identify and source suitable candidates.
• Present candidate profiles to clients and internal leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover cross‑selling opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
