Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Review (Up to $34/hr)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will review AI‑generated code, rate its accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges to improve model performance. The position is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing flexible hours based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
