Revenue Growth Management Manager

About the role

The Revenue Growth Management Manager will lead Diageo's RGM agenda in Peru, driving value creation across the commercial organisation. You will use data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities that improve revenue quality, profitability and commercial investment efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the market RGM agenda covering pricing, promotions, pack‑price architecture, trade investment, assortment and customer profitability.
• Define and recommend monthly pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitive activity, inflation, customer performance and financial objectives.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and business risks, providing proactive recommendations to leadership.
• Develop scenarios and financial projections to support commercial decision‑making and business planning.
• Drive value‑generating initiatives that improve net sales value, margin and profitability.
• Analyse market share trends using Nielsen and other external intelligence sources.
• Monitor category, channel and competitor performance to spot growth opportunities and emerging risks.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing and Commercial Leadership to embed RGM principles into planning processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue growth management, commercial finance or a related analytical function.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable business performance.
