Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our mission‑driven commercial team. You will engage with prospective students, universities and partner organisations, building relationships through calls, video meetings and digital channels. The role is fully remote or hybrid, depending on your location.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Conduct outreach conversations in English (C1‑C2 level) to explain the impact of our programmes.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections and follow up to move them through the sales funnel.
• Track activities, quality and conversion metrics in a CRM system.
• Continuously apply feedback from coaching sessions to improve performance.

Required profile

• Near‑native English proficiency (C1‑C2) with strong verbal communication skills.
• 6‑12 months of experience in sales, customer service, outreach, hospitality, tourism, fundraising or similar people‑facing roles.
• Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated by growth.
• Coachable, eager to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Passionate about access to healthcare, education, safe housing or related social impact.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
