Sales & Business Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

As a Sales & Business Development professional you will turn promising conversations into lasting partnerships, promoting specialised bookkeeping and tax solutions to help clients improve financial confidence and grow their businesses. Working remotely from Peru, you will engage decision‑makers via phone and video, delivering consultative, solution‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the professional services sector.
• Conduct outreach, set appointments and present Emapta’s bookkeeping and tax offerings.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while meeting weekly performance metrics.
• Maintain and update lead information in a CRM system, tracking activities and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with internal teams using digital tools to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently in a dynamic remote environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with collaboration and sales tools including Slack and Zoom.
• Knowledge of consultative and solution‑based selling methodologies.
