About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Lima. This 100% sales‑focused position requires strong closing abilities, objection handling, and a results‑driven mindset while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospects through inbound and outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and validate sales opportunities.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs.
- Record and update prospect information in the CRM system.
- Ensure only qualified leads are passed to the sales team.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in pure sales roles (100% sales‑focused).
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.

What we offer
- Attractive commission structure.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 am‑9 pm CST, 8‑hour shifts with two days off per week (one weekday, one weekend).
