Sales Manager – Passenger Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the passenger‑vehicle business in Peru. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong dealer relationships, and shaping market strategy for our automotive portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet targets across Peru.
• Manage dealer networks, negotiate contracts, and provide product training and support.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply‑chain teams to align promotions, inventory, and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with nationwide market expansion.
• Strong negotiation, business development and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, high sense of responsibility and execution.
