Sales Representative – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The role is fully remote, allowing you to prospect, present, and close deals from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers via calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Generate and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, managing leads in the CRM system.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls tailored to prospect needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from sales to delivery or support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Professional, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.

Required skills
