About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead its Marketing Services within the Advisors & Client Services team. In this senior consulting position you will shape marketing strategies for a global client base, leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end marketing strategies across multiple channels for Fortune‑500, government and nonprofit clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, evaluate campaign results and optimise tactics to meet KPI targets.
• Provide expert guidance on direct marketing, digital engagement and brand activation.
• Lead client workshops, present strategic recommendations and support transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in marketing consulting or senior marketing roles.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven marketing solutions for large, complex organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
