Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – Lima, Peru

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join its Peru delivery team. You will be responsible for supporting payroll enhancement requests, compliance initiatives, production support, and continuous improvement for the Peru payroll landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities.
• Analyze and document business requirements for payroll changes.
• Configure, test, and validate payroll changes, including impact assessments for regulatory updates.
• Review payroll calculations, perform reconciliations, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with integration, technical, and payroll operations teams.
• Investigate defects, conduct root‑cause analysis, and support end‑to‑end testing and deployment.
• Maintain solution documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with SAP Payroll, specifically Peru payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCR, wage‑type configuration, payroll posting, retro calculations, and statutory processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and perform payroll reconciliations.
• Experience in enhancement and support projects.
