Solutions Architect – VDI & Zero Trust

About the role

Cybele Software is looking for a Solutions Architect specialized in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Zero Trust security. You will guide enterprise IT teams in designing, deploying, and optimizing secure VDI environments using Thinfinity Workspace, while influencing product development through hands‑on technical feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading the rollout and optimization of secure VDI solutions.
• Design delivery architectures for virtual desktops and applications, leveraging reverse‑proxy access, RDP, VNC, SSH, and context‑aware identity policies.
• Lead cloud‑based projects on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and hybrid deployments across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Assist migrations from Citrix or VMware Horizon to Thinfinity’s web‑based platform.
• Guide Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management implementations aligned with security frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to channel customer feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Travel to client sites in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and the USA for implementations and events.
• Produce documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials for customer teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role focused on VDI or Zero Trust.
• Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon.
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
