Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Eazybe, an innovative SaaS provider that integrates WhatsApp with HubSpot, is expanding into Spanish‑speaking markets. We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative who will own outbound prospecting, qualify leads and set up demos for our sales team, all while working remotely across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect decision‑makers at companies with 100+ employees using HubSpot, Apollo.io and Lusha.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach including VOIP cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and WhatsApp.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Log all activities and maintain accurate lead information in HubSpot.
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling and lead qualification (SDR or inside‑sales background preferred).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
