Web Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Web Project Manager to keep our web team’s projects on track. You will coordinate designers, developers, copywriters and the Web Lead, ensuring that every website moves smoothly from brief to launch while keeping clients informed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all web projects in ClickUp, assigning tasks and setting due dates.
• Track deadlines, project status and developer capacity, flagging blockers early.
• Coordinate dependencies between design, copy, development and QA.
• Collect missing assets, feedback, logins and approvals from clients.
• Handle incoming client requests, revisions and communicate timeline changes.
• Run project status meetings and keep ClickUp data accurate.
• Improve workflows, templates, automations and SOPs.
• Escalate technical issues to the Web Lead while focusing on execution and timelines.

Required profile

• Extremely organized with a strong affinity for structure and processes.
• Proactive follow‑up on overdue tasks and early communication of problems.
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients and holding developers accountable.
• Ability to translate messy client requests into clear, actionable tasks.
• Understanding of website build workflows and dependencies.

Required skills

• Strong experience using ClickUp for project management.
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
