About the role

As a Maintenance Leader for Utilities at Mondelēz International, you will drive the planning, development and execution of preventive and progressive maintenance strategies in a high‑performance manufacturing environment. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and ensure equipment reliability while fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale).
• Own technology, process settings and centerline management for all utility equipment.
• Develop, own and execute preventive and time‑based maintenance plans, building capability within the shift technicians.
• Manage the Repairs & Maintenance budget and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams on system improvements and special maintenance tasks.
• Lead change‑management activities, spare‑part localization and breakdown analysis.
• Represent the site in regional and global technology forums.

Required profile

• Strong desire to advance your career in a manufacturing setting.
• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (Step 4) and Progressive Maintenance (Step 3) concepts.
• Proven ability to lead a line‑level maintenance function and coach next‑level owners.
• Experience applying PDCA methodology to drive continuous improvement.
