About the role
Blokees is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead distributor relationships and expand market presence across Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Colombia. You will drive sales growth for our highly‑detailed model figures and collectibles, working closely with hobby stores, CVS, hyper‑markets, and general trade partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with distributors in the assigned countries, ensuring sales targets and performance metrics are met.
- Strategically build, expand, and optimise sales channels (hobby stores, CVS, hyper‑markets, general trade) to maximise market penetration.
- Oversee allocation and deployment of marketing resources, including promotional items and point‑of‑sale materials, ensuring cost‑efficiency and impact.
- Implement sales programs, manage contracts, sales documentation, CRM, and returns processes; conduct regular field training for channel partners.
Required profile
- Proven track record in sales management and building customer relationships.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the toy or collectibles industry.
- Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent public‑relations sense, teamwork, and independent work capability.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
