About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at PVcase, you will own the technical relationship with LATAM customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing adoption. Reporting to the VP of Global Customer Success, you will act as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for all technical queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of LATAM customers, coordinating issue management and problem resolution.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption to drive healthy net retention and churn targets.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for improving the customer experience.
  • Present Executive Business Reviews with the Customer Success Manager, focusing on value realization and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering and other cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and relay feedback.
  • Advocate for customers, building strong relationships to ensure adoption of PVcase products.

Required profile

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 3+ years of design experience in the utility‑scale solar sector (preferred).
  • Proven ability to guide customers through software implementation and adoption.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing customer accounts, handling escalations and delivering technical projects.

Required skills

  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Experience with solar design software.
  • Familiarity with GIS development platforms.
