IT Infrastructure Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure Analyst to join its Technical Support team. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical IT systems for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in IT projects, designing and deploying new systems and services.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Monitor current and future infrastructure performance and capacity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering IT projects and rolling out infrastructures across various technologies.
• Strong communication abilities in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
