IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, helping to staff ongoing IT projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present pre‑vetted technical candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, ensuring timely placement and revenue optimization.
• Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase talent effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients, client‑services, and sales teams to align expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable, analytical, and detail‑oriented with a process‑driven mindset.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team‑first attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
