Remote Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Our client, a digital marketing agency that helps home‑service businesses grow, is looking for a Remote Project Manager. You will lead multiple digital projects, coordinate internal teams, and ensure that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, monitor task progress and guarantee deadline compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams, enforce processes and SOPs, and use ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL) to streamline workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience in a digital‑marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Fluent English (oral and written) and experience with US‑based clients.

What we offer
