Technical Project Specialist – Wind Service Operations

About the role

As a Technical Project Specialist you will ensure safe and efficient wind service operations by coordinating technical escalations, analysing incidents, and supporting field and remote teams. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across wind farm activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the technical escalation process, ensuring timely response to incidents, alarms, and operational disruptions.
• Promote safety while supporting productive and reliable wind farm operations.
• Analyze wind turbine shutdowns, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives aimed at improving service performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide project management support for start‑ups, upgrades, modifications, and new product or integrity‑related initiatives.
• Act as a key technical interface across Service Operations, Field Support, and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual and operational alignment.

Required profile

• Experience supporting technical operations, troubleshooting, or project activities within complex or industrial environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, operations, and management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with technical monitoring tools, case management processes, and performance reporting.
• Structured and proactive approach to managing priorities in dynamic operational environments.
