Finance Manager – Accounting & Controlling

About the role

Endress+Hauser Peru is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial and cost accounting functions for its Lima office. The role ensures compliance with local and corporate policies, supports liquidity planning, and drives continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to local policies (signature, travel, expenses) and meet month‑end, half‑year, and year‑end reporting deadlines in line with IFRS.
• Maintain C‑master data for Peru and provide financial liquidity planning, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes in collaboration with the head office.
• Lead and develop the local controlling team, including administrators and interns.
• Prepare financial plans for liquidity, manage tax compliance (direct and indirect), and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
• Oversee expense management (credit cards, cash) and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with a local accounting firm and regional controller.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; additional finance certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance department, preferably within an international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork, self‑management, and structured work approach.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
