Inside Sales Representative

About the role

DP World is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) across the Americas. The role focuses on accelerating growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and handling tactical sales tasks in a fast‑paced freight‑forwarding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal DP World teams and clients.
• Collaborate with sales executives on prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
• Prepare and submit accurate, competitive quotations aligned with DP World pricing standards.
• Monitor shipments, provide status updates, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, sales reports, and documentation in the CRM system.
• Work with operations, finance, and logistics teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Resolve shipment issues, analyze customer reporting, and support quarterly business reviews.
• Assist in onboarding, develop scalable implementation programs, and deliver training on the Quotation Module and Customer Portal.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations and processes.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate solutions for clients in a dynamic environment.
