Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join Tsoft Perú’s fast‑growing team. In this role you will contribute to building payment experiences, intelligent automation and highly available platforms that power critical business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement seamless payment flows, including one‑tap solutions such as 1‑Click Pix, Tap‑to‑Pay and Click‑to‑Pay.
• Develop authentication experiences using biometrics and passkeys.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs and integrations for payment processing.
• Work with high‑volume transactional data to create smart operational capabilities and automation.
• Contribute to resilient infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of distributed systems.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem solving.
• Experience with scalable applications and distributed architectures.
• Passion for performance, reliability and continuous learning.
• Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude.
