Account Manager – Hospitality Technology (Latin America)

About the role

SwissHotelier is looking for an Account Manager to expand its portfolio of luxury and boutique hotels across Latin America. You will introduce our hospitality technology solutions, guide hotels through the sales process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Contact hotels via cold calls, emails and other outreach channels.
• Present software solutions in online meetings and recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new partnerships.
• Coordinate onboarding and work closely with Reservation Technology Consultants.
• Manage commercial requests from existing partner hotels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities and customer accounts.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS or hospitality technology is a plus.
• University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent English (minimum 80% proficiency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
