About the role

The Customs Operations Analyst will support Cencora's global supply chain by managing import and export shipments and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely and accurate clearance of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute shipment orders, handling all related customs administrative activities.
• Coordinate customs entry processing, prepare shipment documentation, and maintain transaction records.
• Monitor daily workflow and department communications to meet service, productivity, and compliance targets.
• Resolve routine shipment and clearance delays by investigating issues, coordinating follow‑up actions, and communicating status updates.
• Perform customs operations checks, support audit readiness, and correct entries before reporting deadlines.
• Maintain communication with brokers, customs authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal operational teams.
• Provide training, procedural guidance, and regulatory updates to ensure consistent application of customs requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in customs operations, import/export coordination, transportation operations, or logistics administration.
• Certification in customs compliance, international trade, freight forwarding, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics across air, land, and cross‑border shipments.

Required skills

• Understanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with trade compliance controls and documentation accuracy requirements.
