Associate Central Monitor (French speaker) – Remote

About the role

An Associate Central Monitor (or Central Monitor) works within IQVIA’s Central Monitoring Department to provide remote support for multiple clinical studies, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance across sites in North America and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Perform centralized monitoring activities across assigned clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with accurate project‑specific information.
• Manage trigger alerts, prepare i‑site packs and support sites in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Conduct basic data‑analytics and trend analyses as required.
• Participate in study team meetings, interact with cross‑functional staff and escalate quality issues to the Centralized Monitoring Lead.
• Review subject‑level data (inclusion/exclusion criteria, investigational product, adverse events, labs, endpoints) and follow up with sites or CRA to resolve discrepancies.
• Act as backup for the Central Monitor Expert and perform delegated tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing or a related field (or near completion).
• At least 2 years of study‑coordinator experience (or 2 years of on‑site/remote monitoring for the Central Monitor role).
• Fluent in English and French (advanced level).
• Based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia or Chile.
• Ability to work remotely and support sites in the US, Canada and Latin America.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
