Bilingual Spanish-English Executive / Legal Assistant (Remote)

About the role

LawPLA is seeking a proactive, bilingual Spanish‑English Executive / Legal Assistant to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. This full‑time position focuses on client intake, lead follow‑up, and case administration, blending strong communication skills with organized legal support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and screen inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct client intake, gather facts, assess urgency, and ensure complete information collection.
• Follow up with leads using a structured process, maintaining speed‑to‑lead and accurate CRM updates.
• Provide timely client updates, organize medical, billing, and claim‑related documents.
• Assist with pre‑litigation administrative tasks, calculate deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain organized workflows, draft routine communications, and keep case files up to date.
• Own recurring tasks and special projects that improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, intake, lead follow‑up, appointment setting, or client conversion.
• At least 1 year experience in an administrative assistant or similar support role.

Required skills

• Strong phone etiquette and written communication.
• Detail‑oriented organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience using CRM and case‑management systems.
