Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who will identify new market opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, confident, and capable of turning prospects into qualified opportunities while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business objectives.
• Present company products or services, prepare proposals, quotations and sales materials.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM and track conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to support growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities and meet or exceed pipeline/revenue targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
