Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will lead all recruitment, business development, account management and marketing event activities for B2B channels across the assigned region. Working closely with Company Directors, you will develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract international students to GUS universities and colleges located in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end student recruitment processes for international markets.
• Develop and expand B2B recruitment channels, including education agent partnerships.
• Design and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase enrolments.
• Manage relationships with agents, partners and institutional stakeholders.
• Organise and execute recruitment events and promotional activities.
• Prepare strategic plans for entering new regions and strengthening existing markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting students for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the higher‑education sector, particularly colleges or universities.
• Demonstrated ability to create business acquisition strategies for new and existing regions.
• Experience working with B2B education‑agent partnerships.
• Previous involvement in international student recruitment.
